Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All shipments shall reach the customer within 3-5 Working Days. On Certain less serviced pin codes, the courier partner may take an additional 3-5 Working Days. In such cases, however, the customer shall be informed about any extension of the shipment timeline within 1-2 working days. The current status of the shipment shall be directly available by the shipment tracking number. For any Shipment related queries, feel free to email us at info.shababrice@gmail.com. Our Customer Service Team shall respond to all your queries within 24-48 Working Hours.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Shabab Rice, your health and satisfaction are our highest priority! We work tirelessly to delight you with our products and make you feel special.

We understand that the rice you consume is a personal choice and if you are dissatisfied or do not like our products due to any reason, we will gladly issue a full refund for any full-priced (non-discounted) merchandise that is unopened, unused, and returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. Simply contact us at info.shababrice@gmail.com and return the products to our address.

 

However, if we pick the products, postage will be charged at actuals and deducted from the refund amount. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on opened or used products. In exceptional cases, we may issue a gift card.

Pranay Overseas is not responsible for damage after delivery. All our rice bags have an expiry date mentioned on them. Please note no refunds will be processed in case a quality issue that is raised is accepted. A successful quality issue claim makes you eligible for a replacement only. We have a set procedure and SOP that needs to be followed to claim a quality assurance on our products. We request your co-operation on the same.

Please allow us one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery with an unboxing video via email on info.shababrice@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp on +91 - 8810262603. A video of the rice bag is mandatory to claim shortage or damage in transit.
